Mind booster

Hari ni nak update blog tapi half an hour my brain jam ;p no idea (patut ler smlm eden lupa mkn Omega Guard ;p) so today nak cite how Omega-3 boleh menjadi booster kepada otak kita. Kita perlukan otak untuk mengawal minda, emosi, saraf dan pergerakan tapi untuk mengaktifkannya kita perlukan Omega-3 untuk membantu perkembangannyaneuron dalam otak kita. Menurut kajian diet yang kaya dengan omega-3 membantu individu untuk meningkatkan 'learning ability', tahap focus, skill menyelesaikan masalah, keseimbangan emosi (minda boleh berfikir, emosi pun tenang).
 
komponen utama dalam Omega-3 untuk perkembangan otak ialah DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) untuk membantu fungsi otak. Bila kita beli susu utk anak pun kita akan cari brand yg ada kandungan DHA yang tinggi tapi DHA yang terdapat dalam Shaklee Omega Guard adalah neutral.

Hah itu dia..fish oil is food of brain. so apa lagi Omega-3 yang neutral pemprosesannya adalah Shaklee Omega Guard.

Kesimpulannya omega-3 dapat membantu perkembangan minda dan mengekalkan kesihatan otak kita, semua perlukannya dari kita mengandungkan anak, anak itu lahir, dewasa dan tua. Kerana fungsi otak bukan untuk berfikir sahaja malah processor untuk badan kita berfungsi.
